Rain, rain and more rain.

It has rained all day long. The weather has been so gray and dull. Right now I miss the beautiful snow and the cold frost but on the other hand, we need rain to remove all the snow, so spring can emerge. Unfortunately, everything out on the Flower Farm is flooded and the forest is slippery because of the ice that still lies on the surface. So I didn't ride Giga today. I was out and say hi to her and I fed her. She didn't look like someone who loved the weather, although she comes from "the rainy Ireland". I hope the weather improves soon, I can't wait for the warmer climate we'll soon meet.

What a nice day!

I've had a really good day, despite the slightly bad news from my doctor. I've been dizzy and a little uncomfortable for a long time. My doctor thinks I may have some problems with my heart but I expect my blood tests shows that I'm a healthy young girl.

But with that said. The day started a little crooked, since both the outdoor arena and the indoor arena was filled with water. Denmark has gone from having a lot of snow to in one night losing it all. So the earth can not keep up I guess. But the day was saved when Sandra asked if we should ride a little trip in the woods. It was really wonderful, her horse Hector is just so lovely!

A very quiet lady

Yesterday I rode Giga for an hour, we walked and trotted only. She's not in shape to perform canter properly. It's a bit sad she is in such bad shape but I hope it soon gets better. I certainly work hard on it. She was a very quiet lady, I can really feel that it has done well that I am visiting and riding her almost every day instead of two maybe three weekends in a month.

Sandra trained Hector (she who owns the Shire) while I rode Giga. Hector has still a lot of stallion behavior so it was really good training for him because I constantly trotted past him. Sandra is always so nice to talk with, she's very happy and talkative :-D

Today I didn't ride Giga. Firstly; I was really tired and Secondly; the weather was really bad. I fed her and went home. I think I'll train her seriously here in the upcoming weekend if the weather is nice or just okay!

My internet crashed

As the title says, my internet went down yesterday and it started to work just until this evening. Therefore there hasn't been any updates on my blog. A bit annoying. The entire internet crashed due to a snowstorm. More update is coming up.
